The Understanding Layer
humans are lingual and bi-lingual. some humans can  write in 3 languages, speak in 4 languages, and read in 5 languages. most humans can write, speak, and read in one language, whatever language.
humanity proliferated once we began to write, read, and communicate with each other. We used to even scribble on walls to tell our stories to future humans. Â The exact beginning of human language remains an unsolved mystery.
Understanding language begins by understanding that  almost anything, if presented to us in a language we can understand, we are likely to understand.Â
